By joining the collective, you enroll in our in-house program, which grants you free access to all workshops in the Taillor curriculum & includes 2 mandatory 8h shifts per week. Scroll down (and please read everything!) to give us your availibility & sign up.

TWO SHIFTS WILL BE ASSIGNED FOR A PERIOD OF FOUR MONTHS. AT THE END OF THAT TIME PERIOD, WE WILL MEET TO DISCUSS YOUR PROGRESS: YOU MAY CONTINUE WITH your SHIFTS, SWITCH DAYS, OR LEAVE THEM.

WE UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS AND SCHEDULES CAN CHANGE; SO CALLING OUT & SWITCHING IS POSSIBLE. NOTE THAT IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND COVERAGE (TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT) FOR SAID SHIFTS.
